Description
So people could see that my delayed project, PRINCESS BOX, is not dead, I decided to upload the character sheets for the hero and heroine of the story.
They are somewhat unfinished and may be apt to change upon actually being revealed in the comic but here's my idea for them as of right now.
JESSE JAMES
No, not the infamous cowboy. Just your average 21 year old perverted young man who inherited his grandfather's Antique shop, called "The Junk Box", after he retired and left to travel the world. Jesse is too lazy for his his own good and doesn't like to do much of anything that involves any effort at all. While he dislikes hard work, he often contradicts himself by saying that it's "lame" of him to not do his duties as a man. In the end, he just wants to live honest to himself, whether he gets called a hero, a pervert, or an idiot. Mostly seen as cynical and apathetic towards others, Jesse is actually a friendly guy who just has an awkward sense of humor and perverted nature. He also has an unique knowledge in Wild West history and is known to handle strange situations rather well.
When I created Jesse, I was going for a different idea than I decided on for the final product. Although his look won't really change, I feel that I did not portray some of his other emotions you will see a lot of in the actual story. This was drawn when I wanted him to be the lazy, apathetic jerk protagonist who didn't care about being a pervert. Perhaps I'll draw up some of his other "faces" in the near future.
